Planners are excited about the new contemporary and elegantly appointed atmosphere noting how the space with its high ceilings will be attractive not only to the Pharmaceutical market but to burgeoning Corporate markets seeking venues to bring together the Latin American and US economies for trade activity. The Association market, both nationally and in Florida, is excited for the extensive renovation of the venue, not just for the enhancements but for its sheer size of the facilities when coupled with the MACC.
The MACC itself recently completed upgrades of its dedicated Conference Center, conveniently located on the second floor above the 45,000 sq. ft. exposition hall and 28,000 sq. ft. ballroom. The upgrades included replacing the remaining flexible wall spaces resulting in 38 permanent fixed walled breakout rooms.
The entire complex boasts over 50 meeting and banquet rooms in addition to the exposition and sizable pre-function areas.
Over 2,000 rooms are guestrooms capable of being committed within 3 miles of this Miami convention destination. The combined facilities, operated by one management team, is well known as the largest convention space in Miami – Dade County only after the newly completed and exciting Miami Beach Convention Center.
