Helpful Shuttle Tips

Welcome to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Miami Airport Convention Center where you will be greeted with a warm chocolate chip cookie! Whether you are catching a flight from Miami International Airport the next morning, need a place to sleep on your way to a cruise from Port of Miami, are attending a conference at MACC, or are simply visiting to explore Miami, our well-appointed hotel will make you feel at home. We are conveniently located near the intersection of Dolphin and Palmetto Expressways so that you can easily access a variety of destinations and attractions.

Hotel Shuttle Bus Zones

Effective December 11, 2019, hotel shuttle buses will pick up/drop off at MIA on the Arrivals Level (1) at designated zones outside of baggage claim across from doors 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 15, 20 & 23.

SHUTTLE STOPS AT MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:

The Miami International Airport has designated specific locations for Hotel Shuttles. Please follow the steps below.

  1. Proceed to baggage claim and collect your bags.
  2. Exit the doors on the Baggage Level (Arrivals Level).
  3. Proceed to one of the listed doors / locations below.
  4. Follow signs at curbside to the new zones just beyond the crosswalk.
  5. Telephone the hotel 305-261-3800 and inform the operator of your “Bus Zone” location.
  6.  

                        D TERMINAL:               Doors # 1, 3, 3, 4 or 7

                        E, F, G TERMINALS:    Door # 15

                        H TERMINAL:              Door # 20 or 23

                        J TERMINAL:                Door # 23


Look for the DoubleTree Shuttle with the Cookie on its side- it’s your Sweet Ride. The Hotel shuttle bus will making stops at these designated locations.

Shuttle Buses operate 7 days a week from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. 

Additional options available, at your own expense, are Taxis, UBER or Lyft rides. Average price estimates are between $10 to $18 for UBER/Lyft and Taxis $15 – $32. The pricing for these services are dependent on the ride demand and rush hour periods of the day. Private car service or paid shuttles (Super Shuttle) are also available for a fee and can be reserved directly with the provider on line.

Private Transfers

Private transfers for small groups (20 or less) may be pre-arranged through the Group Sales Office and/or the Bell Captain. The hotel operates a fleet of vehicles to accommodate up from 10 to 22 passengers. A private passenger vehicle is available with advance arrangements for individuals needing privacy or for meeting planners to arrange VIP transfers.

Driving:From North Via Interstate 95

  1. Take I-95 South to 836 West (Dolphin Expressway)
  2. Follow 836 West to Milam Dairy Rd (NW 72nd Ave.) and exit
  3. Turn left on Milam Dairy Rd
  4. Turn left at the third light then immediate left and follow the sign to the hotel

Driving:From South

  1. Take Hwy 826 North (Palmetto Expressway) to 836 East (Dolphin Expressway)
  2. Exit on Milam Dairy Rd (NW 72nd Ave)
  3. Turn right on Milam Dairy Rd
  4. Turn left at the second light then immediate left & follow the sign to the hotel
  5.  

Driving:From East

  1. Take Hwy 836 West (Dolphin Expressway) to Milam Dairy Road (NW 72nd Ave) and exit
  2. Turn left on Milam Dairy Rd
  3. Turn left at the third light then immediate left and follow the sign to the hotel
  4.  

Driving:From West

  1. Take Hwy 836 East (Dolphin Expressway) to Milam Dairy Road (NW 72nd Ave) and exit
  2. Turn right on Milam Dairy Rd
  3. Turn left at the second light then take an immediate left and follow the sign to the hotel
